moved-value

A value that moved to another key, with the key to write.

• The build reports it while it compiles a file, and csszyx check lists it.
• It is printed to the console, by a production browser bundle too.

Message

A name in angle brackets is a value the message fills in.

For each key the line can name, the message says:

[csszyx] moved-value: `mask: '<value>'` names a gradient layer, which moved to `<layerKey>`, and nothing is emitted for it.

These values are worked out from the args:

• <movedKey>: The key key: value moved to (CLOSED_ENUM_VALUE_MOVES, SUGGESTION_MAP).
• <movedValue>: The value it moved with, as a JS literal: true bare, otherwise quoted.

Level

Default: error under recommended, error under atomic. Set it in csszyx.config: rules: { 'moved-value': 'warn' }.

The level sets how the build and csszyx check report it. It does not change a console line, and it does not stop a thrown error.

Arguments

The values this diagnostic names. A production browser bundle prints them as JSON in place of the sentence.
