A safelist that hit its class cap, so the classes past it were left out.

• It is printed to the console. A production browser bundle leaves it out.

A name in angle brackets is a value the message fills in.

[csszyx] safelist-capped: The safelist reached its cap of <max> classes, so the build left out every class it found after that.
  help: look for `sz` values that write a different arbitrary value per element, such as `w-[137px]`, and replace them with theme values.
  note: the classes left out produce no CSS unless another source names them; the cap is fixed, and no option raises it.
